Take the diabetic pet survey

Diabetic pet survey, by Karina Aptekmann with Professor Jacquie Rand at the Centre for Companion Animal Health in the School of Veterinary Science at the University of Queensland, Australia and Professor Jane Armstrong at the University of Minnesota.

DO YOU CURRENTLY OWN AND TREAT A PET WITH DIABETES?

If so, please help the Centre for Companion Animal Health in Australia gather further information about your experiences in treating a diabetic pet by filling out this survey.

The goal of this questionnaire is to document the experiences of owners that are treating a diabetic pet. Therefore, please answer only if you currently own and are treating a diabetic dog or cat.

It doesn't matter where in the world you are, the Centre for Companion Animal Health wants your views!

The Centre for Companion Animal Health is dedicated to improve the health of companion animals and enrich human-animal relationships. Your help in this survey will assist other pets with diabetes to have a better quality of life.

A report on the results will be published and excerpts will be available on this website. Your response is anonymous and will only take a couple of minutes.
